Training for Artists, Retailers, Workshop Providers, Crafters and Craft Businesses.

Course Content/Agenda

During this one day training course delegates will learn how to paint the advertised Shabby Chic project (projects will vary throughout the year). No previous experience is required. Tools and supplies will be provided.   This course is aimed to inspire delegates.

• Shabby Chic is often described as “New England” and “Shaker Style”.  It is a soft, minimalistic, feminine style with vintage or distressed effect.  The simple, under-stated designs differentiate this style from regular vintage. 
• Creations are often sophisticated, stylish, functional and fashionable. 
• Colours are typically delicate hues or muted colours that are pale, pastel or soft.
• Shabby Chic designs are soft, loving and warm-hearted designs with a “country cottage” charm.
