Country Love Ceramics was established in 1991 as a traditional hobby ceramic studio working in greenware with underglaze.

With the advent of high street contemporary ceramic studios we were soon being asked to supply bisque from the wide range of moulds we had acquired. Our expertise in the day to day running of a studio established us as a source of honest, down to earth information for those about to venture into the world of ceramics.

In the intervening years we have helped establish over 1000 clay cafe and mobile party plan businesses and we are now probably the largest supplier of bisque to the contemporary studio market in the UK and Europe. We focus on low start up packages, tailoring the warewithal to start a business to the opening budget available. We provide an estimate before you commit and most of our established customers have entered the industry by this route.

As an alternative, you may also wish to consider using a franchise operator.  There is no doubt that taking up a franchise will cost you more in initial start up costs and may cost you a percentage of your annual turn over in the first few years of trading.  However, in return you receive a ready made business package that is tried and tested, a branded name that already has market presence and on-site help in getting your business off the ground.  There are several operators in the UK and some are more effective and ethical than others.  So you do need to be careful if you choose this route.  We are pleased to recommend a number of franchise operators and we will be happy to provide an introduction.

Exporting to a growing number of overseas studios, we have our own production unit at Milton Park Trading Estate near Abingdon, Oxfordshire.

We import from ceramic producers world-wide and our bisque is selected for style, quality and price.

Our storage units containing over 400 pallets of imported bisque ensures we are never short of supplies! Packaged in tri-wall cartons, our bisque travels so well we guarantee safe delivery!

We also supply colour and glaze, kilns and brushes, slip and clay and provide training packages and seminars. We are the leading "One Stop Shop" for Ceramic Cafes and hobby enthusiasts.

Deliveries within 60 miles of our HQ can be undertaken using our own delivery vans!
