Designer Bisque is the generic name used for all bisque supplied by Country Love Ceramics. In this way our customers, whether distributors, craft retail outlets, studios/clay cafes, or mobile party operators can supply an unbranded product. Most of our bisque is imported from highly reputable factories overseas although we do also have a local manufacturer for some of the speciality products.
All our bisque is fired to cone 04 (typically 1050-1080 degrees centigrade) and is manufactured from a clay body that is eminently suitable for use with all USA and European brands of under glaze colour and over glazes (fired typically at 1010-1020 degrees C).

Designer Bisque is currently supplied to over 1000 regular users all over the world. Given the use of approved glazes and the correct firing conditions we guarantee our bisque against delayed crazing.
Designer Bisque is mostly supplied in tri-wall cardboard boxes and in low unit quantities. For customers wishing to buy in less than carton quantities we will be pleased to split boxes and individually bubble wrap items for safe delivery. Confidence in our despatch procedure has led us to guarantee safe delivery to UK mainland addresses and we will refund or replace goods damaged in despatch providing we receive notification of damaged goods within 48 hours of receipt. Please note that we do not despatch bisque using Royal Mail as we cannot guarantee safe delivery.
Our tiles are an exceptionally popular range of bisque that can be used for a variety of applications. Schools often make up a montage of children's work and then grout them to a wall or frame. Tiles are low cost items that can also be used as name plates, coasters and tea pot trivets. Note our own brand of glaze is guaranteed not to craze on these tiles.
